Willa’s is a clean-label oat milk brand committed to sustainability, transparency, and taste—using the entire whole oat to create creamy, nutrient-rich plant milk with minimal waste.

I was brought on to optimize their packaging specifically for the Amazon marketplace, where quick scalability, shelf standout, and mobile-first design are critical to conversion. The goal was to maintain Willa’s modern, minimalist brand aesthetic while enhancing legibility, clarity, and differentiation across SKUs in a crowded category.

Working within the existing brand system, I refined hierarchy, adjusted typography and contrast, and improved visual cues to support better navigation and storytelling on digital shelves. The updated packaging helps shoppers quickly identify key product benefits, ingredients, and flavors—improving shopability and brand recall.

This project is a great example of how thoughtful design adjustments can make a big impact on performance—translating brand values into tangible results in the eCommerce space.
